Sponsorship

Aurral is open source software for people who host their own services. Sponsorship pays for work and infrastructure that the project needs.

What sponsorship supports

Section titled “What sponsorship supports”
  • Aurral maintenance and releases
  • The hosted metadata and search service that gives Aurral its artist pages, album details, and catalog search
  • Cloud capacity when the maintainer’s own servers are not enough

The hosted service runs on personal infrastructure. When it is down, Aurral falls back to other services, with less data. Sponsorship helps keep the default service reliable.

Become a sponsor

Section titled “Become a sponsor”

Support Aurral through GitHub Sponsors.

Sponsorship is optional. You can also help by reporting issues, improving the docs, or answering questions in Discord.
